Timeline (Linha do tempo) is an artwork related to the studies on Time and Memory and it presents a sculptural installation composed by three parts: One modular central object made by old wheels, a rusty metal panel and a round object in metal.
It deals with the idea of the machina memorialis, a machine able to trigger memories and presents the potency of Time in the idea of movement or repose.
This artwork is part of the Fundação Bienal de Cerveira’s collection.
